With our QuickBooks Online Training, we give you two options:

1. We can teach you how to use QuickBooks Online more effectively to make accounting and cleaning up those numbers easier for you and your business.

2. We take over your Accounting and clean up your books for you while you focus on your craft.

Training Courses:

One-On-One Personal Training
One-On-One Training is best with 1 person being trained. If you would like to add employees (max. 2), we can make that work at no additional charge. We always suggest this as a private session to get the most out of our time together. If you would like group trainings, please see our Live QuickBooks Online Classes These sessions may be a better fit for your needs.
​
One-On-One Personal Training costs $400 for the first 2 hours and $150 for each additional hour.
Please note that travel and parking costs are not included in the amount listed above. We will travel within a 40 mile radius of Philadelphia. Anything outside of that area is done via Remote Training.
What to Expect:

Live QuickBooks Online Classes
Interested in having your team learn QuickBooks Online? We can come to you and teach a class on the tips and tricks that we use to use QuickBooks Online effectively. Before scheduling this session, we will have you complete a Questionnaire of things that you would like to learn to ensure we cover all of the topics and areas that you need assistance with.

Our Live QuickBooks Online Classes cost $750 for the first 2 hours and $300 for each additional hour.

What to Expect:
✔ Our experts will walk you and your team through a variety of things including setting up your Chart of Accounts, creating recurring items, how to reconcile bank accounts and more.
✔ After our meeting, we will email you a step by step guide of the things that were covered in our Group Training.
✔ Each team member will walk away more knowledgable and confident in using QuickBooks Online effectively to complete their daily tasks more effectively.
✔ Everyone will learn tips and tricks on how to automate their accounting with QuickBooks Online
✔ You and your team will learn how to make QuickBooks Online work for you and your business
Remote Training
Don't live in the area? No worries. We can still train you effectively with our Remote Training Sessions. During these sessions, we will use Zoom to connect with you. This will allow us to also have control of your screen so that we can walk you through the process quickly and effectively.

Our Remote Training Sessions cost $200 for the first hour and $150 for each additional hour.
